Open All Unread Threads

There's not too many forums I keep up with 100% but one thing I find lacking is a way to open up all the unread threads in a new tab with only one click. I end up middle clicking each link and that can get tedious sometime.

Since you're building this website from the ground up instead of using a pre-made forum hoster, would you be able to implement a button (or option to show a button) to open all unread threads in a separate tab showing the last post unread?

Atleast with FireFox, you can hold down Ctrl, and just click the link and it opens it in a new tab
