Thread: Diablo 3 release date

So the Rumor mill says that the Diablo 3 Release date is slated to be sometime this year. But from what i've seen Blizzard hasn't made any major indication of this. Do you think it will be possible for Blizz to release this game this year? i'm being put on suspense mode here!

I believe it will be Q4 2011 if anything this year. I'm not getting my hopes up.

I really hope it's this year. Since it's announcement in 2008 it's been what over 2,5 years now? But i prefer to wait a little longer and the game to be perfect.

I saw a table that has a list of release dates and D3 was listed as Q4 of 2011. It was supposedly leaked.. take it for whats it worth.

However I would still put a bet on it being a 2011 release date.

I'll have to take a few days off or something Lol :P

well there are so many speculations as to when would be the release date of diablo 3. A year ago almost everyone speculated that it would be some time 2010, but since it is already 2011 so most of us would hope for this year, but then while i was browsing around the internet i came across blizzard's website and it seems they are still hiring designers and other stuffs for Diablo 3. Based on their pacing of their development then i seriously doubt that Diablo 3 would be release this year.
