Thread: bnet 2.0 pay to play?

We all know the current trend is to pay to pay your online games. How much would you be willing to pay? Do you think we should even pay anything at all? I personally feel that it's important to support your game. Paying for the game monthly is one way to show your support, and desire for smooth running servers and a good gaming environment overall.

How much would I personally pay? I would pay about 15 dollars per month max. Perhaps (as with Vanguard) you could pay for additional features such as, Monster kills, highest damage, item discoveries. I think that would be great for Bnet 2.0

Opinions?

I already pay for WoW each month, i think they are getting enough cash from WoW to be honest, so i'd hope bnet 2.0 isnt pay to play. If it is, gone is the worlds largest free online gaming server network.

If i was told it was pay to play, and had only one choice on how much i'd pay. $5, $10 max.

id be willing to pay up to $15, seeing as how i dont pay for any monthly game at the moment. however, id play the free month trail that comes with the game first, and make a choice from that. if i was forced to pay, id look more at the details and try not to let my previous love for the diablo games give me a bias choice.

I don't pay for any games at the moment, either...My friend bought me a 6-month subscription for Wow cuz he wanted somebody to play with but after about 3-4 months of it we both lost interest.

Because of no monthly game charges I'd prolly pay $15 reasonably but $5-10 I would do in a heartbeat.
